SCRA Announces SC Launch, Inc. Investment in REsimplifi – Columbia-based Company Receives $200,000

Columbia, S.C. – SCRA, a state-chartered organization that fosters job creation and grows South Carolina’s innovation economy, today announced an SC Launch investment in the Columbia-based company REsimplifi, Inc. The SC Launch program is SCRA’s entrepreneurial platform that provides mentoring, grants and investments to qualified, South Carolina companies in the Advanced Materials/Manufacturing, Information Technology and Life Sciences industries. REsimplifi is is a cloud-based, process, document, contact and transaction management system for Commercial Real Estate brokers, their managers and assistants that automates administrative tasks, reduces time consuming paperwork, tracks critical dates and creates a standard for progressing through a deal. The company, founded by Henry Moore and David Collier, is affiliated with the University of South Carolina Technology Incubator and was accepted into the SC Launch program earlier this year. “We are grateful for the support the SC Launch program has provided to help our company grow and expand,” said REsimplifi co-founder Henry Moore. “The REsimplifi system is a game-changer for the Commercial Real Estate industry. As former real estate industry professionals, David and I knew there was a need for an intuitive, time-saving and secure transaction system for brokers.
