SCRA Announces New SC Launch Client Companies

Summerville, S.C. – SCRA announced the recent acceptance of two Client Companies into its entrepreneurial program, SC Launch. Client Companies receive mentoring and support services and may also be eligible for grants, matching funds and investments.

Midlands Company

ZVerse has developed the first 3D Design on Demand platform enabling the world’s largest On Demand Manufacturers to offer CAD modeling services to their customers who need part files designed or modified.  The company’s patent pending technology provides the fastest path for converting 2D content into manufacturable 3D content which can be produced into parts using multiple manufacturing processes including CNC, 3D print and injection molding.

Upstate Company

LaminaHeat has created a patented, thin-film, carbon-based full surface composite heating technology that allows customers to quickly and safely incorporate heat into their products. The company’s novel solution can be integrated into bridges or walkways to melt ice and snow, flooring to heat transit vehicles, tile bathroom floors, automotive seating and a variety of other uses.
