Summerville, S.C. – SC Launch, Inc. announces the appointment of Timothy Davis to the SC Launch Board of Directors. Mr. Davis will fill the vacant seat for the University of South Carolina appointee. The SC Launch program is SCRA’s entrepreneurial platform that provides mentoring, grants and investments to qualified, South Carolina companies in the Advanced Materials/Manufacturing, Information Technology and Life Sciences industries.
Tim Davis is currently the CEO of Advanced Care Management, LLC., where he oversees the strategic direction of the company which guides families through long-term care options. Davis also held an at-large seat for the South Carolina Advisory Council on Aging. Prior to joining Advanced Care Management, Davis was the Vice President of a national pharmacy delivery service.

The SC Launch Board of Directors approves loans and investments made to SC Launch companies. The Board consists of seven members representing South Carolina’s academic institutions and industry, and having significant experience with entrepreneurial endeavors.
