Healthy Hands Cooking, is an information technology company, based in Irmo, SC. The company certifies independent cooking instructors to teach healthy cooking classes, camps, events, and after school programs for students of any age. The company was accepted in SCRA’s Entrepreneurial Program, SC Launch, as a Client Company in early 2017, and received a Product Development Grant in late 2017. The grant was used to further product development of their platform.

Healthy Hands Cooking mission is to combat obesity through empowering and educating children and families in the critical skill of nutrition and healthy cooking.

Recently, Nick Jr. and Healthy Hands Cooking formed a partnership to teach Butterbean’s Cafe cooking classes.

The SC Launch Program provides the framework to grow South Carolina’s innovation economy by providing the resources necessary to successfully launch startups in the state.
