SCRA Announces New Member And Grant Funding

| News Releases

Summerville, S.C. – Scarlet Connect was accepted as a South Carolina Research Authority (SCRA) Member Company. Bottle Titan received new grant funding.

All SCRA Member Companies receive coaching, access to experts in SCRA’s Resource Partner Network, eligibility to apply for grant funding, and the potential to be considered for an investment from SCRA’s investment affiliate, SC Launch Inc.

Scarlet Connect LLC has been accepted as an SCRA Member Company. The Charleston-based startup is modernizing the hospitality industry and streamlining the hotel guest experience from booking to post-stay reviews. Their solutions include a virtual sales office, e-signature services, and reputation management.

Bottle Titan LLC received a $50,000 Acceleration Grant. The Greenville-based SCRA Member Company provides a real-time alert system which tracks conditions such as temperature, vibration, humidity, and light, specifically calibrated for the commercial wine, liquor, beer, tobacco, and food industries.

SCRA welcomes Scarlet Connect and congratulates Bottle Titan.

Grant funding is made possible, in part, by the Industry Partnership Fund (IPF) contributions that fuel the state’s innovation economy. Contributors to the IPF receive a dollar-for-dollar state tax credit, making it an easy and effective way to help one of the fastest growing segments of the South Carolina economy. Grant funding for Member Companies creates a direct, positive economic effect and job creation.
