LAB SPACE FOR LEASE
This Innovation Center is a LEED-Certified, Gold-Rated ‘green’ facility developed in partnership with Clemson and Duke Energy. Tenants in the building include Clemson researchers as well as academic startups.
Our BSL2 labs include a fume hood, safety shower and eyewash, as well as power outlets backed-up to a generator and comply with OSHA safety standards. Our leases are all-inclusive including wireless internet, utilities, and free onsite parking.
