Bill Dinardo has over thirty years of experience in the areas of start-up ventures, M&A, sales, marketing, procurement and business development in electronic advanced materials packaging, biotechnology, RF and microwave device manufacturing. His broad-based experience brings depth to the Clemson Consulting Group’s management team. Dinardo has served in senior management positions where he has directed sales, marketing, engineering/new product development, marketing research and new business development for biotechnology equipment, electronic packaging, advanced materials and microelectronic companies.  Dinardo teaches entrepreneurship courses in the Wilbur & Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University.


Connie Houghtaling, Business and Customer Development Specialist, Clemson Consulting Group

Connie Houghtaling brings 25 years of Business and Customer Development expertise to Clemson Consulting Group. Having been a leader in both large and small corporations, Connie has been able to touch every aspect of a business including New Product Development, Business Development, Sales Management, MarCom, Operations and P&L Management. Developing significant relationships with key people, she has been able to do the hard engineer-to-engineer problem solving with customers, continuing with business forecasting to commercial success for client companies in the High Tech Sector.

Markets served include aerospace, alternative energy, consumer electronics, water treatment, defense, automotive, power, paper & pulp, medical and other industrial. Connie also brings 8 years of Recruiting to our clients; Human Capital has never been more important to an organization’s success. Connie Houghtaling earned her BS in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University.
