Client Companies receive mentoring, support, services, access to our Resource Partner Network and may be eligible for funding.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Your company is based in South Carolina and registered with the SC Secretary of State with at least 51% of payroll to employees within the state.
- Your product offering is an advanced-technology in the following target sectors: Advanced Materials and Manufacturing Information Technology or Life Sciences.
Your product is not easily replicated and has protected IP such as trade secrets, patents and/or trademarks.
- You have a high-impact business model that can grow into a sizable business.
- You have money invested by the principals and/or founders (not just sweat equity!) or you have raised initial capital from other sources (friends, family, banks, grants, etc)
REQUIRED: Please, send a follow up email with the company's:
- Executive summary
- Historical financial statements
- Investor pitch
- Current and historical financial statements including:
- Cash Flow
- Balance sheet
- Profit and loss statement
OPTIONAL: Any additional materials to support your application (e.g. full business plan, strategic marking plan, press release/article, management resumes, etc)
