Natalie Corella - Executive Vice President of Contracts and Compliance
Natalie A. Corella is the Executive Vice President of Contracts and Compliance for SCRA. She has over twenty years experience in contract management, procurement and administration. As the executive that leads the Corporate Contracts and Procurement department, she is responsible for negotiating and overseeing all SCRA/ATI prime contracts, which total over 1.5 billion dollars. Many of these contracts are complex, involving various government agencies, industries, and universities. Several of the programs are Other Transactions that deal with sophisticated federal regulations and cost sharing arrangements. Ms. Corella is responsible for the oversight of all of the aspects of the prime contract, including the development and preparation of cost proposals and the subcontract and procurement function corporate wide.
As a member of SCRA’s Executive Team, Ms. Corella is involved in the strategic planning and execution of SCRA’s business strategy. As the leader of a shared services department, she works diligently to expand the value delivered to clients and associates. Ms. Corella also oversees the the government property system and SCRA’s small business program. As the Small Business Liaison Officer for SCRA, Ms. Corella works closely with many small businesses to assist them in dealing with diverse government regulations. Ms. Corella also serves as the Corporate Compliance Officer for the organization and is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP).
Prior to joining SCRA, Ms. Corella was a Contracting Officer for the Naval Supply Center, Charleston, SC. She was responsible for a number of procurements and contracts that supported a variety of customers. Earlier in her career, she worked as an Admissions Counselor for the University of Dayton where she was responsible for a large recruiting territory and worked extensively in public relations.
Ms. Corella graduated with honors from the University of Dayton and received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/minor in Marketing. She is a member of the National Contract Management Association, the Southeast Small Business Council, Coalition for Government Procurement and the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics.
